My 2020 Gladiator soft top has been a nightmare! Look at the forum. It pops off at highway speeds and has occurred at least a dozen times first just the passenger side then both releases began popping open at the same time...scares the $&@! out of me (you’ll see the same comments in the forum). I had it at the dealership 2 days and they denied any issues. Someone is going to get hurt!

get a dash camera with inside recording. Post videos and share with jeep cares. You will have them on record saying no problem while having a video of the problem

I have been driving mine for close to a year now and have had no issues other than some popping occasionally. I will admit though that the latches will release with very simple flick of the finger. I thought I saw somewhere awhile back you might be able to adjust the latchs

Sounds like you have a similar stealership like i do by me. Anything even TSB simply getting an update is like pulling teeth. I second getting it on video, you know you have a bad stealership when the answer to anyt problem is " it's a jeep thing " I had to realign my hard top panels myself, super crooked from the factory

haha yep that is all I heard the first time I brought mine in its a jeep thing. I asked the guy do you own one. He said no. I was like well how do you know it's a jeep thing. I just recently got a message from my local dealership that the service department had new leadership and I got a message from the new manager asking me about the issue I had discussed with them when I brought my jeep in for my first oil change and discussed the steering box change possibly cause it wanders so much at highway speeds. Surprisingly he told me to make an appointment with them to get the truck in and they would take care of it as they should not have taken the approach they did with me on my initial visit. I asked what was the big change and he said that Jeep has advised them that they are hearing far too much negative feedback about the service departments over fixing it. If the customer requests us to fix it we are to fix it no questions asked.

My soft top is very noisy at speeds above 30mph. Is there a way to adjust the latches on the front of the soft top?

Sadly, the vast majority of Jeep dealers are simply atrocious. See my sig below.

"Pulling teeth" is so normal for Jeep dealers, they would make a lot more money in dentistry... 😫
