Dealer says the truck won’t arrive till 6/25. Over three weeks for shipping to CA... already sold my old truck so I’m with out a vehicle.

I'm in the same boat... sold my truck two weeks ago.

Notified it was in D1 status a couple of weeks ago. Then the build sheet dropped and window sticker was available last week.

At no point did I contact Jeep Chat to inquire on status. I was expecting July/August due to the steel bumper and bedliner delays.

Pure speculation, I suspect they had a run of LE's already scheduled for production knowing they would be making a set number. Hence the quick turnaround. Again, just guessing.

Dealer is Beaman Auto in TN. So geographics helps as well. Definitely surprised though.

Think I read somewhere that's on all custom orders. It gives it priority over pre-spec builds.

Definitely. I was totally expecting August based on order dates, delays, etc.... from so many here.

Something stinks in Denmark.....I though the LEs were all sold out on the 4th of April. @JeepCares and FCA owes us an explanation. How is it possible that someone could order an LE on May 16th? Why did we get all hyped up for an event that was touted as one day only.
Then someone orders one a month and a half later? Someone has some explaining to do. ...We deserve an explanation.

I was in today buying my wife a new vehicle and my build ordered 5/2 is still sitting JB (day7).

FYI the slush mat price jumped $15 from $150 to $165

I did the Pre-Order process when it went live online. Well, that day. It was early morning but I'm sure I wasn't one of the first. I never received a call from the Concierge but did receive an email saying they experienced overwhelming demand and someone would be in touch.

The local dealer reached out with a generic message about providing more details on the Gladiator and by then all the "sold out" news had been published. I assumed I didn't get a reservation.

In May I was sent an email indicating my LE was still reserved and I had until May 17th to complete my order or they would release it to someone else.

So I confirmed it wasn't a mistake and went to shopping for a dealer.

I'm sure several got ordered mid-May and some never got ordered. I suspect they will build them all and high volume dealers will see whatever units weren't claimed.

Edit - Jeep also announced a waiting list for customers. I'm sure several of those people were contacted as well. Additionally a number of people had their reservation assigned to one dealer and ordered at another. Which I think took Jeep time to clean-up and it looked like two reservations. Definitely not a refined process for the LE and those that secured their order early.

Hey all, I’m new to this. How are you all getting so much detail on status of your orders? I ordered 6/08, got my VON/VIN on 6/10 and in D status but only because the dealer texted me a picture.

Should I just be asking him for updates, or is there a place I can self-serve? I put my info into this tracker, too. Thanks!
