I emailed with him several times and he always responded. They do put Mopar lifts on at their shop. I couldn’t find anyone in my area that would even come close to his pricing, so it was worth the drive down there. I left at 0230 and made it back at 2000. It was a long day but well worth it.

about how long did it take for his first response to an order inquiry? I'm wondering if i should just call the dealership after a few days.

I’m not sure if he’s been out or busy, I had a buddy email late last week to inquire about a new order and still hasn’t heard back. I emailed to check status on mine yesterday hoping for an update today and didn’t get anything. He usually is very responsive so might be just have been off the last few days. Mine was in Winston-Salem a week ago so really hoping it comes in tomorrow so I can make some arrangements.

I have tried to call twice, and have sent 3 emails over the last week. Ready to buy, understand their model but just can't get a response. Will try another email today.

And in perfect Murphy timing, I did get a response just before I posted! Yeah Travis!

Hi guys, new around here.

Getting rid of my Riddgeline RTL-T, ever since we got the truck we wanted to do more 'truck' things like camping, light offroading, beach trips. Sadly, the Ridgeline isn't built for that. Always wanted a Jeep and am set on having trucks from now on so bye bye Ridgeline. I will miss the ride, dual-action tailgate, and trunk. Worth the trade to the JT though.

I have been working with Travis, we have been emailing for a few weeks. He was on vacation one week, and then I was the week after. Sometimes it takes him more than 3 days to reply, but he always answers. I just know he is swamped. Sometimes I get impatient but I tend to be anyway,.

About ready to order a semi-loaded Rubicon in Sting Gray for 4-5% below invoice. No other dealer around will match that.

All his terms and information is emailed, there hasn't been any surprises and I don't expect any. I am driving 45min north from Greensboro to talk numbers, meet Travis and friends, and perhap test drive a Rubi. I will be leasing and am looking do a 12k/4yr lease for around $5-600 depending om down payment. I drove a Sport S and was surprised at how nice the ride was, compared to what I thought it would be.

Thank god for this forum as I would be paying much more.

So far, he has been a pleasure to work with and am looking forward to putting a face to the reputation.

Just a quick question. Are you set on a 4 year lease? Just take a look at some of the buy/lease threads as it might not be the best deal to go out 4 years. Sweet spot has bounced from 36-39 months for best deal.

I'm not set on anything in particular. I will look into more when I meet with them Thursday morning. I just recall looking at the Jeep site and the 3 or 4 year seemed like a good deal.

Just wait; he got back to me- took a while but he did. If ordering a gladiator; patience is the name of the game. I’d be happy to go a week or two without hearing from travis if Fca could tell me why my vehicle hasn’t changed status in a month and a half! Either way- it’s the best deal BY FAR I can find. And I know, as everyone else has mentioned, it’ll be worth the wait.

Here is my tracking from my JLU last year. It is pretty typical. The only part that took a little longer than usual was the last step. It is usually 2-3 days from the lot in Winston-Salem to the dealer.

So I would figure 7-10 days in shipping. Generally 4 days on rail and 3-4 days to truck.

You can’t get it anymore. There used to be a site that provided it but they got shut down.

It was derived from the system the dealers have access to. So i don’t want to create more work for Travis but he has access to this level of detail.

I checked my tracking against 5 or 6 others that went to W-S and they were all pretty similar.
