Well ... I was mostly looking to have extended flares to avoid any of Pennsylvania's LEOs telling me I wasn't up to par ... then I decided since I was getting extended flares I wanted something the followed the entire fender for full coverage. The XR flares cover about 60% of the wheel well ... after replacing my windshield on day 4 of ownership ... maybe I want too far on trying to get as much coverage as I could to protect from kicked up gravel?!?!

I do like the look of these as they follow the full line of the factory fenders. Really, if the shipping wasn't so expensive and the finish on them was just a little better I would have probably been 100% happy with them. ..... if rugged ridge ever copies these in some form of plastic similar to the existing fenders, I think they might have a hard time keeping them in stock.
Cool. Good info. Been thinking about some extended flares.

Joe is a rare find. Someone who honestly wants to make a living by doing work he can take pride in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will go back to LockedNLoaded again in the future.

You are pretty close to me Greg, we should make some trips to RC or AOAA soon
Sounds like a great idea. I watch the mid-Atlantic area regularly looking for people ready to get back out there. We both have brand spanking new skids just begging to meet the rocks.

Missed adding this to my build journal back in July, but I added an Xtrusion Overland XTR3 rack....

Did you go with the 4.75 backspacing that COR recommends for the rims?

The 17x9 wheel with -12mm offset calculates out to 4.53" backspacing .... so less backspacing (more clearance) than they quote as minimum

Thanks! I think I missed that you did 2.5". I'm going 3.5", so I think I'll go with 4.75. I like the stance of your JT! Researching Bead Grip vs DOT beadlock now. Mine will be towed behind my RV for most of my off-road activities.

Unless are planning on a lot of rock crawling or sand running where you will air down to low pressures it's hard to justify the cost of DOT beadlock vs bead grip.
