I just purchased a 2023 sport S Gladiator with heavy duty towing capacity I want to put a neo dyne Carrier in the back of the truck with my goldwing total weight capacity approximately 1200 pounds do you think the Gladiator can handle it . Has anyone put a large motorcycle in the back bed without problems??

I'm sure it can be done with some care and thought, but I wouldn't want that kind of weight up high. Unless you have a stripped down model with high payload, you will likely be over GVWR.

I put a Husky 701 and 501 in mine pretty regularly, but not sure Id want to load my 1290 Adventure alone. I guess that's where the loader comes in.

I'll gladly put 2 250lb Husky/KTM's in the back - maybe pushing up over 500 just a tad, but 1200 lbs would leave me very nervous. Never tried that, but then again, I don't think you could convince me TO try it. Good luck with whatever you decide!

The weight won’t be a problem, provided you don’t put anything else in with it. Between the bike (800#,) the loader (200#,) and the driver, you’ll be overweight. I’ve had that much in mine, and it gets a bit squirrelly.
I’d be more concerned with the length of the bike, as it won’t fit without the tailgate down.
And the whole setup is going to weight at or over 6,000lbs. Is your motorhome rated to tow that much?
The Gladiator with my DRZ (<300#) in back is right at the tow limit for my motorhome.

I have put a ZRX1200r in the bed, my concern with the GW would be the weight on the tailgate while loading it, and as mentioned the length could be a issue. The sport bikes I have put in the bed had the rear wheel on the tailgate I would assume the GW would be close to the end of the tailgate.

I would be worried more about how much weight will be resting on the tailgate in the down position? I think the tailgate is only rated for 500lbs max.
