Good dealers for service thread?

Is there a good dealer for service thread? I searched here and on the JL forum as well and couldn't find one.

That being said, we are looking for a dealer with a good service department in the Lancaster to Lebanon, PA, area, preferably one good with the eco diesel.

We don't have any issues yet with our 2023 JTDR with 14,000-ish miles, but are due for our second free oil change. We'd rather have that done in a place that folks here have had good experiences with and that we would be comfortable using now for this oil change as well as in the future.

I’m in Lancaster, PA……. I just had my first free oil change & tire rotation done at Hondru Dealership in Elizabethtown, PA. I bought the truck there. No complaints….. They updated some of the ‘programming’ while it was there.
It‘s a bit of a drive for me, but the buying experience was pleasant - so we felt good about going back. They also offered free inspections - so I’ll be going back sometime In Feb-March.

I know nothing about the Lancaster dealership.

It's a bit of a drive for ya but, David CDJR in Glen Mills, PA. That's where I bought my '20 Gladiator (ordered 5/19, delivered 7/19), and my '19 Grand Cherokee Ltd. Any work I needed to have done, they've done a pretty good job.

The only issue I had with them was when my wiring harness got munched by some fuzzy woodland critter, they tested things but didn't look under the truck. If they had, they would have seen it melted from the trailer plug about 3' forward. I pitched a fit about that, and they did order a new harness (this was during the strike) and gave me a FREE loaner ('19 RAM 1500) for the two months it took them to get the harness and replace it.

They did suggest that I try to go through my insurance company to see if they'd cover it. They did so it only cost me my $500 deductible as opposed to around $4,200

Quigley Jeep in Bechtelsville, Pa., we have been going there since my wife got us back into Jeeps with a 2010 Wrangler , always honest, work with us, excellent work, and they treat my wife with respect and as a friend. Even something simple like a request to put the inspection stickers as low as possible was followed up with a call asking how low and after five years it is always perfectly level and low, small thing.
I always hear about terrible dealers and that they all suck but not true. After twenty years of ownership, we have had three problems , Air bag recall, the 2010 had a crushed gas tank vent tube from factory, and my 21 Mojave had the rear locker sensor failure, which the service manager agreed it was nuts to swap the whole rear for that and was fine with the Z wave device I put in and will honor warranty on it whenever I want, if I want. I put skid plates on Jeep including the engine oil pan, all I got was a comment nice install and it should be factory. Sorry you are too far away!....Jack

I go to Mayse Automotive in Aurora Missouri. Bought three vehicles from them and have had all of them serviced there as well. Great folks to do business with.

I bought my Jeep at Susquehanna Jeep, very pleased and happy with my purchase. The sale process was very easy and they were very help full. Unfortunately I live in the Philadelphia area and it’s a good 2 hrs away. I haven’t had an opportunity to use their service department yet but they are close to the Lancaster area, give the a try. Their service area was very clean when I was there checking out the place just in case I needed to use their service departmen.

The Ancira CJDR in San Antonio is really good. They serviced my EcoDiesel which is far from stock and even covered stuff under warranty with no issues. They did the HPFP recall as well and had the part in under a week.
