Nah…it‘s tuff, and the chains are holding almost zero weight, all the weight of the top is resting comfortably on the flat shelf surface. The chains and lag bolts are only there to prevent movement and lock it into place. proper angles mating the JT top bottom and the shelf angles are important to set the CG of the top on the shelf bed. Your joist set up is good, or even better if we were talking more suspended weight…the top is 59lbs.Good DIY, but the rigger in me is screaming.
Next time you put the top back on, use a 4x4 that spans the 3 joists and is wider than your top. Lag bolt the 4x4 in all 3 joists, set your eyebolt lags at the exact measurement of where you're bolting through the top. I know you have other things in play supporting the weight, but the two side pulls are putting undue stress on your fiberglass top.
