Sold my 21 GC JT for a full size truck... realized that was a mistake so I just picked up a 22 Rubi JT in GC. Wasted no time, less than 2k miles on it and installed a MetalCloak 3.5" Gamechanger w/FOX 2.0, Black Rhino Kelso Wheels and Mickey Thompson 37" Baja Boss MTs. Love it! Metal Cloak Draglink/Tie Rod combo and Synergy Sector Shaft Brace go in this weekend. Bumper is ARB stubby with WARN EVO10s

I did the doggy window cutout on mine and that's not sealed up very well and most people say it's not 100% anyway... so i wouldn't keep anything water sensitive back there in a rainstorm, but I really haven't ever seen too much water back there to worry about tbh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

why is that? I dont rune through dunes or crawl on rocks, I mild overland, fish and camp. pretty sure the shocks I went with are better suited

They arent just about bashing rocks or extreme cycling, although they are well suited for such.
The ride they provide are just light years ahead of the rocksports.
I had a set on my JKU. After 5 years of bashing, crawling, and everything i could throw at it, they still rode like a Cadillac. Pull them off and send them in for rebuild for less than the price of a new set of shocks.
They are simply a superior shock. If you have the money to spend, spend it there. Your back will thank you when overlanding.
