my JT suffers from the wandering/pull to the right

it took 3 times to the dealer for them to order the upgraded steering gear box. They told me twice they had to align my steering wheel haha.
Not sure why the "haha" because although it's frustrating, the dealer was indeed checking things that CAN cause a wander or pull.
Normally you would check alignment and steering wheel centering. The former because it can cause wander or pull (caster being off, or caster difference being off, camber, etc.) and the latter because if the steering wheel isn't centered, the steering gear isn't centered and it's off the center point. These aren't rack and pinion and a steering gear that's not centered has been known to have issues. If the wheel is off, so is the gear itself as the steering wheel is indexed to the input shaft of the steering gear, and there's a high point inside.
Pull or wander can be tires - so again if they simply replaced the gear and never bothered checking anything else - you'd be right back there complaining that it still wasn't right.
FCA added the alignment part to the TSB likely for two reasons-
Customers complained of the steering wheel not being centered after steering gear was replaced
and/or
Customers complained after steering gear replacement the truck STILL pulled or wandered - and further checks showed other issues related to alignment or tires, and so on.
So they checked the simple stuff first. Frustrating - but if you realized that not all JTs suffer from the steering gear issue, you may see why they checked those other things.
Sometimes experience and logic trump other things.
STAR documents typically arise from dealer input and experiences.

4 months, over 13,000 miles, only issue was dealer-created.
Oh, and my 3rd windshield...

Kevin
Try HGP gorilla glass windshield. It’s about $695 but has a two year warranty and may get a chip but they don’t spread! The glass is so much clearer than standard windshield!

Only electrical. Had my fuse board replaced 3 times due to a surge. First time unsure why, 2nd time they suspected my winch even though the kill switch worked, this latest time they now suspect it was a bad auto start/stop relay. All replaced under warranty by dealership.

Sometimes my backup camera doesn't work. I get a blue screen instead. When this happens, the audio will also cut in and out. The fix is to restart the vehicle. This usually self corrects after 1 restart. Also, sometimes, the "radio" will display the message "device not recognized" when I plug my phone into an auxiliary USB slot. A restart will usually fix that as well. I am using the Jeep Wave program so I am taking my JT to the dealer for oil changes. I pointed these problems out at the last service and they performed several software updates but these gremlins will still occasionally surface.

I'll have to dig through the TSBs, but this sounds somewhat familiar. I may be thinking of a couple of others dealing with radio stuff - popping, screen going blank, etc.

I Get it, but why is that the fix twice? Why not take a test drive before giving it back to me? As soon as I drive home I know the issue is still there. But the last time i went in I said "hey i think FCA has a bulletin with a fix for the same problem I described to you guys" magically a steering gear gets ordered. For the JT, I haven't seen any negative reviews after getting the bulletin done.

I can sit here and break down a C-17 bleed air system and tell you how advanced it is but at the end of the day we all know that bitch is coming in code 2 with a SOV disag on atleast one engine. you probably don't care about C17s tho and idc about what they "could" be checking.

Dealers are full of shade and I tell it like it is hombre

3rd Gladiator I have owned, Windshields on all three were leaking from factory. 1st one had the fender liner recall after it caught on fire, 2nd one had real bad door seal leaks in car wash, 3rd and current has an intermittent surge of power/ gas while at low RPM. It feels like the old trucks when your clutch was slipping. Any suggestions?

Not one other Gladiator on the lot had Uconnect Search & Go.
It requires a subscription.
Can you show me yours working so I can show the dealership here.
There's nothing at Jeep.com, the owners manual or on the internet about it.

I know enough to know you are talking aircraft, turbo-jet or turbo-prop, compressor related and that's about it. Everyone has their areas of expertise.
I'll say military C-17 turbojet due to the USAF by your name (and thank you for that)

I decided to short-cut things after my HS instructor suggested to go into aviation mechanics. Lack of money, lack of motivation, whatever reason or excuse, I went the automotive direction.
You keep 'em in the air and my part in that is being thankful someone does!

The closest to "turbo" anything I got was turbo-compressors, via Compressor Controls Corp.

The hard top rear window leak issue is growing as more folks realize it's been there without them knowing. I have it, straight from delivery.

No other issues, 2 weeks, 1200 miles.
Sometimes the speakers pop and the screen goes out. Comes back in about 10 seconds. Have to reset clock. Happens on I occasion shortly after starting and leaving the driveway.
Honestly, only issues I've come across are a leaking back window in the hardtop (which was replaced and in doing so they scratched the hell out of the top so now I'm waiting for a new hardtop that's on order.) My second issue is with the uconnect 7 radio flickering when using Apple CarPlay (no fix as of now.)
I just bought 2021 JT Willy's and 6 days later I had to take it back to the dealer because the left rear shock was leaking oil and I haven't even hulled anything in it yet and seven days later it is still at the dealers because they can't get a shock.

I have the auto start/stop warning light constantly on regardless of it being enabled. Must be a known relay issue going on...
