Had a little fun today!

Installed Arcus bumper, 12k warn winch, and snorkel. 12k winch is huge. Front end dropped about a 1/4 inch so not to bad. Have some inner fender liners and chop fender hardware coming soon. Then have to get my lift and tires.

Looks great! I love my Arcus winch bumper. I guess it was a fun day when I installed it. Kind of a PITA, and fun, all at the same time! I was glad I had a friend helping me for a much needed extra set of hands. I ended up needing to run and get longer bolts due to installing Maximus-3 flat towing loops at the same time. Went with grade 8 collar bolts. I am very happy with the results and towed the Gladiator a lot of places last summer.
One nice thing about the Arcus winch bumper, for anyone interested, is that you can partially mount the winch plate on the Jeep first, then add the winch. Line up all the front bolt holes, then come back with the front cover piece and get it all buttoned up. I think it was much easier than having to wrestle a winch and bumper on all at the same time.
My stock led fogs and skid plate bolted back up.

Excited to see your fender chop kit. Next on my wish list.

I did my snorkel couple of days ago, thinking about the chopped fender as well
