Fair question.
I have a JL with LED's. Amazing! Great for my daily driver.
My JT I special ordered as old school as I could get. I miss the old Willy's truck days. I have roll up windows and if I could radio delete Wich isn't an option so 5" it is. Pulled carpet and put in Armorlite floor. Just gives me a good feel when im in it. Most won't understand but it's what keeps my soul charged.
Halogen light are fine I was just wondering what others have done. Not that I would actually do it.
Same with me!

I absolutely hate LED lighting. I had such high hopes years ago when it was first being developed but it ended up being implemented as strobe lighting, not solid light. House lights, auto headlights, marker lights, interior lighting and all the rest is awful. It is highly intense light switched on and off very fast. It can't be good for anyone. It makes me physically ill if I look directly at it. One of my main requirements when buying a new vehicle this past year was no LED headlights. Halogens are getting harder and harder to find as LEDs are becoming standard on lower and lower trim levels.

If I want brighter lights, I'll go to HID. HID lights that are high and low beam together are available. They use a solenoid to reposition the bulbfrom high to low so there is no warm-up delay.
