Looks like you need a lot of stuff. I am also reading you need a hardtop wiring harness. From Northridge:

"Requires Hard Top Wiring Package for installation if the vehicle was not built with a hardtop originally. Reach out to your dealer to find out which specific kit you will need, as these wiring packages vary per VIN due to difference in center stack controls."

OEM hard top.
Please forgive my ignorance.
So the L shape brackets don't actually connect to anything on the Jeep?
There are 3 ea L-brackets and 1 each spring clip on each freedom panel that lock under tabs built into the front rail above the windshield and tabs built into the rear hard top section. The L-Brackets are rotated and then the freedom panels lift off. Drivers side first, then passenger side. When reinstalling the freedom panels, install passenger side first, then drivers side - as there is an overlapping lip and rubber seal on the passenger side that the drivers side rests on. The rear roof section is bolted down with the previously mentioned T50 Torx bolts and is lifted off separately.

Before removing the rear hard top, you must disconnect the wire harness for the rear window defroster located under a plastic removeable cover on the drivers side in the rear seat. Flipping the rear seat back forward makes it a little easier to get to (pull on the canvas loop to unlock and flip the seat forward). Slide the red lock9ing latch (photo) toward the front of the vehicle to unlock then pull on the body of the plug (not on the cable) to separate. Once the cable is separated, the black plastic casing remains attached to the hard top and the cable remains in the jeep next to the seat.

Hope this helps and good luck
