Jeep aerodynamic engineers must have a boring job. Just put a box in the wind tunnel and call it a day.

C.R.A.P. There goes my land speed record attempt...visions of glory dashed. The first time I’ve seen this. I guess it’s a governor? 97 mph max speed calibration?
Uh, have you been to many farms? Check out some of Iowa's round barns. Pretty aerodynamic, IMO. There's a number of round barns in this state. (perhaps because it's so windy here much of the year? LOL)Sure they do. Just because Jeeps have the aerodynamics of a barn...

I've been in & around Iowa multiple times, but not seen one of those!Uh, have you been to many farms? Check out some of Iowa's round barns. Pretty aerodynamic, IMO. There's a number of round barns in this state. (perhaps because it's so windy here much of the year? LOL)
I regularly run at 80mph with no issues. I have been up above 90 a few times passing traffic. The truck drives straight and smooth. I have an Overland that is completely stock. The driveshaft and steering box have been replaced under warranty. I still have Rubicon Fox shocks and a new Fox Steering Stabilizer to install. It rides like my old '73 Buick, but I still get some excess up and down over some sections of freeway.I'm sure. I love cruising in the JT but on freeways above 65mph you feel the shakiness coming in and as you get off the transitions, you feel the wobble. It's light years ahead of the Wrangler in the wobbling and bumpiness, but that's not saying much.
NopeThe first time I’ve seen this. I guess it’s a governor? 97 mph max speed calibration?
Now wait a minute!! My "JEEP" Trackhawk will do 180+. Does that mean I shouldn't own a Jeep?Anyone who plans on driving a jeep 90+ MPH probably shouldn't own a jeep...
