I just installed the Rough country LED headlights and previously had halogen. Now my DRL and low beams work but not either high beams. The DRL stays on when going to high beam but the headlights both go out. Is there a high beam relay somewhere else in the fuse box? Any help would be appreciated.

Doubtful - don't find any headlight relays listed unless they are inside the PDC.
Did you use a programmer to tell it that it now has LED lights? It may be sensing the lack of current and assuming a problem.
(Programmer - Tazer, JSCAN, AlfaOBD, etc.)

Don't know about any relay. I replaced my factory halogen's with Oracle Oculus and with the Oracle lights it was plug and play. No need to go into settings to change from halogen to LED. Check the Rough Country installation information and determine if they require a change in the settings. I do have a Tazer and have seen where the headlights can be changed from halogen to LED. Again in my case there was no need to change the headlight settings. The Oracle lights are great and have worked well for me.

Thanks for the replies, I couldn’t find any kind of relay for the headlights either. The weird thing is that the low beams and drl work great. The high beams work until they heat up and then they go out leaving just the drl on when high beams are in. Idk I’m going to have to call Rough County maybe they can help. If not they’re going back.

Just a comment because here we are again with a product that's not truly plug and play, or that has no decent instructions......... I wonder how much "engineering" actually goes into the electrical side of after-market lights. Just a general comment based on years of problems I've seen in that area.

Anyway, yeah, contact the company since likely you have looked and not seen anything in the "instructions" if they even come with such a thing.
The fact you suggest they operate until "they warm up" (which is a bad sign, IMO, for LED lights) indicates a problem with the lights, or that they aren't dealing with the voltage, or, they are a bigger load, thus heating up and failing.
LED lighting generally relies on supporting electronics in the background - supplied by the maker of the lights and made to appear as part of the light. Those often run HOT.
Strip LEDs I've put on my wife's older sewing machine ran so hot it melted the adhesive strip on the back of the LED strip and was impossible to touch after 5 minutes of operation.
Makes me wonder if these are heating and shutting down - not good.

Will be interesting to see what they say (and I wonder who makes the lights for them)

Headlamps hi/lo beams are independently driven by the BCM.

I suspect there is a load sensing issue and the BCM setting needs to be switch to account for it.
