Headlights not coming on

Hello all, sorry not trying to double post, just looking for guidance on what to check next.
2022 gladiator sport all halogen lights.
They won’t come on, headlights that is, but dash keeps saying they are on and chiming away every time try and stop/turn off jeep even going to manual off on selector switch on dash. All the reading I have checked grounds, checked can bus behind glovebox. And when this started cargo box lights keep coming on by themselves.
I welcome any advice to point in right direction.

I bought it used from Jeep dealer and have a call out to them, I know I have powertrain for another 60k or 5 years. But called to find out about any other coverage as it has 42k on it. I would pull paperwork, but currently out of town on vacation

Is it just the headlights not working or are the parking lights also not responding to the headlight switch position? Have you added any aftermarket electronic accessories to the truck?

Try unplugging the wiring from the headlight switch, this should at least put the exterior lights into a default fail-safe mode where the headlight low beams and all parking lights come on when the ignition is turned on. If unplugging the switch doesn't cause the lamps to go into fail-safe mode, then I'd suspect the BCM may be faulty or the headlight switch's MUX wires are picking up stray voltage (possible EMF issue).

DylanM, I have not added any electronic accessories myself the dealer installed heated seats before we picked it up at end of May- first of June. Wife wanted them .
still on vacation but I went out there and pulled headlights switch and disconnected it and no change with ignition on truck on or just in accessory mode. The taillights/ park lights come on as soon as you unlock the truck . But no headlights at all no matter if the switch is disconnected or connected truck on or off. But the truck still thinks the headlights are on..

Couldn't hurt to check for blown fuses in the PDC, but I'd lean toward a faulty BCM being the likely cause.
