You need the harness and the column, the column part number is 68599296aa the harness part number is 68400792ab. You will need both as the column has the connector for the wiring for the heat.

Years ago I read there was wiring that could fail but once I started looking again all I could find was people saying "take it to the dealer" or people wanting to pull the fuse and disable it. Hmm, how about fixing it properly yourself? Very few people have the follow-through for this it seems.

I will say I think if anyone is searching this for a JL, you may want to adjust the module (clock spring) part # by one to 68599295aa to get sales code JHB: rear wiper and washer.

Also if faced with multiple options you want sales code NHS: heated steering wheel
