I picked up a winch plate off Facebook marketplace place for my OEM bumper and it’s not the Mopar plate, but I can’t source who’s it might be. I’ve reached out to the seller, but maybe the forum can help.

I don't know who made that plate but it looks flimsy and missing some side supporting pieces.

Looks like what comes with the knock-off eBay bumpers.

And as stated, it's missing the side brackets.

Whoops - nope it has side brackets, just not pictured with the plate. I reached out the to seller and they did (eventually) respond. Came from a reseller out of Montreal and it’s for the “10th anniversary” OEM style bumper. So could be a knock off.

I am going to give it a try.

Yeah, like I said - it's the plate that comes with the bumper clones.
I've got one just like it that came with the steel Rubicon bumper knock-off.
It comes with the eBay and amazon bumpers.
I have one in my garage loft - it came with the new steel knock-off bumper I had a while back
Bill, would you use that plate , or is it a little weak like others have said. Perhaps Lance should look for another plate, the bumper you can go light on, winch plates not so much , not sure what his use will be, but it looks thin and more then a few here seem to go with other ones as it is still cheaper then going Mopar even if you buy a good winch plate.
Not sure anyone here ever said one failed though, so there is that….Jack

It's not impressive.......... you are right, it is thin compared to pretty much any of the others.

I didn't want to use it again as it just didn't seem like it would be strong enough under a really hard pull. I may never need that strength, but I do have a 12,000# winch so want to match things up just in case.
I suppose it might be fine if not taxed to the limits of a 12,000 winch.
Mine sits in the loft for a reason.

I'm still thinking of going MOPAR for mine. I have only 3 to 4 weeks to get my truck all ready for winter before surgery so won't have time for experimenting and messing around. Has to go together right and ready, fast, the first time.
