The relocation brackets adjust caster also and to use both compounds the caster angle.
Yes, using both would compound the caster angle, but adjusting the the control arm to obtain the correct caster would take care of that and now you have control arms with better or less angle to give a smoother ride.

But, did you have to compress the spring (lift the axle) to get the bolt in the shock?
Had to compress them they was about 3 inches longer than mount

If you had to compress your springs to bolt the shocks on, there is your problem.
Your shocks are too short for the springs you're running. The shocks aren't allowing your springs to extend to their natural length.

Didn't have to lift the axle to attach, had to push the shock up. I finally got it with the correction pads driver is perfect and pass has a very slight bow to it. Now to alignment shop new Sunday. Trying to figure out either to run adjustable lca with the geometry brackets. I heard both ways will work.

my opinion on this, and people will disagree.... LCA adjustment brackets aren't needed if you get your self a good pair of lca's that are designed with a certain lift height in mind. TO me it's just another thing to get hung up in the rocks and have bolts work lose

The adjustment brackets just add more complexity to a simple matter. A 3" lift isn't going cause crazy steep lca angles that are going to cause poor road feel. Maybe if you were doing a 6" lift, but then i would run a long arm kit before a i ran a drop bracket.

I am bias thou and just don't like the bracket. No serious buggies run them..

Ok so leaving the alignment Shop posting the pics. Maybe you can help me with this. This is with the Rancho geometry brackets. The core 4x4 control arms on the way. Really debating on taking these brackets off .
