Looking for help for JTRD.
It started fine last night but when reversing out of the driveway I didn’t get 4 feet before some kind of power/engine failure occurred. Jeep got stuck in reverse position, check engine light went on and engine power died. No error message on dash. I dont know if it was the main battery that died, as there was still some kind of power to dash and wipers but the power was erratic and flickering but I was unable to stop wipers or completely shut off the Jeep. Pulled the e brake and popped the hood and fuse box was ticking like crazy. First thought was blown fuse, checked fuzes and nothing is blown. Ticking stopped after disconnecting wiper fuse. Still major power issues inside jeep. Would not start, turn off completely or move out of reverse. Disconnected main battery and still experiencing same power issues. Disconnected aux battery and will be towing to the dealer.
anyone experienced this or have any ideas!?
