That’s definitely a spare- the spare rides on the hub (hub-centric) so no cap will fit.
Can try to zip tie a hubcap on there. ?

Wire Brush and a rattle can. Semi-gloss black should work.
Just be sure to tape off the rotor and caliper really well and let it sit overnight to cure.

I didn’t take pictures of all four of the new wheels I purchased on Facebook marketplace but I bought four new tire/wheel combos. They all have an open center like that. So am I to believe the seller accumulated four spare wheels with brand new tires on them just to sell to me for $400?
Yes I’ve used my spare tire before and realize it has an open center as well which is how the cable holds it in place. This isn’t my first rodeo with spare tires.
I had wrongfully assumed (obviously) that I could easily buy a center cap in black that would fit much like my factory wheels had.
I don’t know the make of these wheels except the person said he took em off a 2021 gladiator. I attached the picture of the listing he had showing the full wheel a little better.
If anyone would like to help me out with a cap idea, I’d appreciate it. Or I guess I’ll paint the center.

I mean, it’s not the strangest thing to think of. And the fact that there is a white hand written number on the one you took a picture of on your truck, makes me think it came from a salvage yard.
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the seller sought out four spares because he liked the look of them, or to use as winter rims, or something else like that, and now is unloading them.

I have seen where people are looking to buy these wheels as people like me swap to 5 matched wheels, so they can run steel wheels on their Jeep. So yes, that's exactly what happened. You think you can trust marketplace to tell you the whole scoop?

I have gotten rid of a steel rim that way - some was collecting them one at a time as they liked the look of the steel wheels. Some also buy up spares from people like me so they can run them as winter wheels.
To the OP - some of us buy a set of 5 matched wheels and sell our spares to others. That way we can do a 5 tire rotation or at least have 5 matching wheels in case we need to use our spare.
You can't put center caps on those wheels. That's the answer you asked about.
