The Grimm winch plate just arrived yesterday (25 Mar 2025) and I will be installing it and the Apex 12000 soon on my '24 Gladiator Rubicon (factory steel winch bumper). I was just wondering how this affects the skid plates. Do I reuse what is there, buy another one that will fit or is it not used?

I know some here have done this combination and wanted to have all of the parts needed when I start. Thanks to all.

I have the same set up and you should have everything. Install was straight forward. The instructions on the Grimm website were great. I didn’t put the skid plate back on but watching videos of others, it’s recommended that you put the bolts on and leave them loose so you have some play in the plate to line up the other screw holes. Then tighten them down.
