New to JEEP.

New to the 3.6.

Been using the JEEP Wave Earl changes to this point.

Using whatever Earl my stealership decided to fill my crankcase with.

Just did my own, first, Earl change.

What a cake walk.

Put in Mobil One 00-20 Earl, fresh filter.

The engine is quieter in start-up, my gas mileage (I know purists say we should not worry about gas mileage, sowwy I'm a cheep bastage, especially at today's prices!) has increased almost 2 MPG.

The OVERLORD feels smoother and peppier.

Is my massive day drinking clouding my perceptions, or does Earl make that much of a difference?

Flame suit on, with the driving I do, I change the Earl roughly every 3k miles.

What say youz about Earl?

Yes, the fresh liquid gold can make a difference in mileage.

But miles on the ride and everything loosening up a bit improves the mileage.

Also, the brain box getting used to your driving and making small changes where needed can make a difference in mileage.

Also, if you've gotten lucky and had nothing but tail winds on the rolling brick can make a difference in fuel mileage.

Earl certainly does make a difference and no two brands are quite alike. Different additives can and do make a difference in the little things.

The best to do is take a sample at change, send it to Blackstone and have them run an analysis. I've found Liquimoly lasts the longest of all the synthetics. I change the oil on my daily driven e46 330ci every 5k miles and it could easily run out another 5-6k.

Can someone explain 'earl'? I'm assuming this is supposed to be funny, so please help
Whatcha mean? There's all sorts of 'earls. There's motor earl, olive earl, chain earl, canola earl, 3-in-1 earl, gun earl, peanut earl, vegetable earl, gas/earl mix.... and just plain earl is good too.

Just don’t forget that Earl does not like condoms….

Water based lubricants are still best in those situations.
