The solution is making sure you have heard the "click" when you close the cover. Make sure both tabs that secure the cover, both receptacles near the tailgate, are in their catch and push down to a solid click. This should eliminate your luffing.
Doesn't work for me. My side to come up is always on the passenger side. Frustrating. Hoping for a fix soon.

Just spoke to a guy who has the same cover as I do. He said LineX didn’t cut out the bed liner material when they reinstalled the tonneau cover. This caused his cover to be loose. He said he removed the material and reinstalled the mounts for the tonneau cover and it was fixed. I’m out of the country right now but I will check mine when I get home. Didn’t know if this had worked for others...

My cover did something similar this weekend. It started lifting during a side wind going down the hwy but then it ripped out and broke one of the latches. It also bent both bed rails where the latches are attached. Not impressed with the cover.

When I first picked up my truck, because it was dark, cold and windy at the time and traffic was crazy, I didn't realize until I got home and looked the next day but the left side of mine was lifted a bit - sticking straight out and not down against the side.
I worked with it a bit rolling it up, and back down, flexed it while I had it lifted a bit pushed down on the edges or sides and let it sit in the sun. Now it lays pretty nice down at an angle on both sides against the top of the bed like it should. I have not noticed it lifting or anything and we've had some crazy winds of 45-50 mph (sustained, not gusts) but so far it seems to lay ok.
Impressed? No, not really. It's ok but not like the really nice one I had on my Silverado with the velcro on the sides.
I will say one thing - this one has not leaked. it's stayed quite dry under it - even after two car washings and wind-driven rain. The one I had on my Chevy cost me plenty - but really didn't seal well. Wash the truck and it would get wet in there.

On the negative side, we had over a day worth of rain and drizzle and up and down temps. Today I went to the lumber yard for some stuff and the tailgate was STUCK very solid. It had frozen to the cover at the top. Took some big yanks to get it open - not sure if I damaged the seal or not, will look when things warm up.
This one does seal a whole lot better than the fancy expensive one on my Chevy, and I do like the fact I could have something long sticking up and out the back. My other one I could not - it was either ALL the way back, and secured closed or all the way rolled up and secured at the front. This is the first one I've had where I could open just the back and still leave it in place otherwise.
That's what I liked about this one and got it with the truck - I've never had a soft one I could just open it enough to let some 10' 2x4s stick up out of the back.

Note: I noticed when you roll the cover up, sometimes one or more of the edges get propped up on the side of the cover when you lay it back down. If you push that edge down on the side, it will sit back down on the truck bed again. it kind of "clicks" when it snaps back into position.
