I see the Gladiator as a future special edition.

I hope not, while a sweet name, J-Series naming should only be brought back on a true full size Jeep. 1/2, 3/4, or 1 ton like the originals.

Of course, FCA doesn't really follow conventional naming based on heritage anyways. Looking at you, Renegade...

A 1/2 Ton Jeep pick up would be awesome, but it will never happen as they wont want to take Ram sales away.
