That's another thing. There are a lot more members on the WranglerJL forum. So you may want to post an ad there. There's more chance a local member will see the ad.

I read on the WranglerJL forum about a guy who when his tires are used, just buys another set of new take offs and sells his old wheels and tires for $500.
With my JK, I immediately saw that I could buy a complete set of wheels and tires with little to no wear for way cheaper than replacing my tires. I did buy and sell several sets while I had it, though whenever I sold a set that I had put any significant amount of miles on, I always knocked the price down a bit.

Not a penny less than $500, that’s what my dealer gave me for my take offs, they’ll probably sell for $1,500.
It was Gupton who offered me 200

I would keep them for that much, you can get $200 for them all day anywhere in the county I would imagine.

That was for wheels and tires, right, not just tires as OP stated? Because the tires alone shouldn't be $1500 new, let alone as take-offs.

Yep misread that, but you can get $500 for a set of tires any day of the week.

Here on the other side of the world they’re about a thou. Add a couple hundred if you were suckered into the $1000 upgraded wheels. Yikes.
