How to fix dent from door hinge pushed in.

How do I get the hinge to pull out from where it's barely pushed in a and showing a dent on the door? I removed the inside door panel and tried to hammer the hinge bracket back out but I couldn't get enough force to move it. It was previously damaged from sideswiping a mailbox.

Paintless dent repair shop can probably do it. A local shop here was able to get out some nasty dents in my truck.

My JT has what I assume is a factory-misdesigned dent at the front door lower hinge. Driver and passenger sides. It came that way. I see it on other JTs, too, so I assume it was made that way. I've been thinking about paintless repair, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
