How to know if TPMS is still intact (no tires mounted)??

This is the only picture sent to me. Local seller. Doesn’t know if tpms is still intact. I am going to look at them today. How can I tell when I get there?? Thanks!

Something like this should be attached to the back of the valve stem.

BTW, they run about $35 each, in case that helps you with negotiations.

It will be on the inside of the rim, it will be very obvious. Like this.

I've been looking at some takeoffs. A fair amount of places are sold out of TPMS's with an unknown ship date.
