Hello everyone,

Just recently have a 2.5 lift installed by a 4WD shop. I noticed when I load the bed with stuff it would squat , is there anything I could do to level it while under load? Thank you!

Keep a little forward rake is the only way. Bigger rear springs or smaller front. Or a spacer in back.

If your kit leveled it before the load then it's gonna squat when loaded.

It looks slightly higher in the front. I got the Rubicon Express 2.5 lift if it makes any differences.

I'm running ReadyLift SST 2.5" kit which gave me 2.5" in the front and 2" I'm the rear. I got a Max tow so I got the stouter springs in the rear. I added Rubicon springs to the front which took all but a 1/4" of rack out of it so it sits 1/4" higher in the rear. Also added Rubicon take off Fox shocks. To me that's the best way to do it. Rides better than stock and still gives you the stiffness you need in the rear to keep it from squatting

You can use the Airlift system. There is a thread on here about them.

That's the kicker about spring lift kits - you get different springs which are longer, hold the truck up higher - but at what cost load-carrying wise?
Will they handle a load like the originals? OR will they settle more with the same weight applied?
Lifts are "cool" as far as looks, the cool factor, allow taller tires and such, but they aren't for payload or towing capacity. They are for height and clearance.

IF I wanted to lift mine, which I don't at this point, I'd do what Jamie did so I could maintain my payload and towing capability with the springs made for towing..........I have max tow springs under the rear and Rubicon springs up front. I gained about 7/8" up front as measured at the front receiver.
The max tow springs dropped me about 1/8" in the back - I'm thinking 3/4" spacers under all 4 to give it a bit of a boost but keep the more leveled look. It's not level by any means, but the Rubicon front springs took out some rake.
