This is a simple question with a very simple answer. The man holds a political post. What has he done besides being very smart, reads reports and talks with a very nice smile. Fire him ! How Stupid. He is not a researcher is not a lab scientist only knows what he reads and had his retirement a long time ago. it is time to move on with young PHD's. The Country will be better off with out listening to these poc old f/r's

bartender askes what
man says i will take a beer and pay for what ever the Monkey wants
bartender say ok and gives the man a beer and the monkey some beer nutz
\ /well this goes on for many nights
One night several Weeks later !
The man shows up in the bar and orders a beer and says he will pay for any damages his monkey may do in the establishment !
Bartender gives him a Beer and the monkey eats Bar nutz ( nothing here )
Several months go buy and the man shows up again in the bar and says the same shit and the monkey eats a pool table table ball and they leave. Well that was a $100 bill for the F/r !
Many months pass and the same man show up at the same bar and orders a beer and the monkey sticks Cashews up his butt and eats them. Well this puts the bartender into intense insecurity of others in the bars security and demands a explanation of the POC sitting sipping his beers.
Well: the patron just explains thas monkey measures everything coming out before dinner now !
