How is the cab environment when you have the front roof panels off? Since Jeep didn't see fit to make a power back window, I usually just roll the back windows it cuts down that reverb but it's still turbulent. My arms aren't long enough to reach back and flip open back glass but that gives the flow through if I'm going to drive extended with the top open. I run with a sun rider front top in the summer, hard panels hopefully before first snow. I wonder if the fast back changes that air flow, I know I can definitely feel a difference when I have my tonneau off, even though I know that's a wildly debated urban legend. And I agree with several others here, yours is slick and fitted, best fit and lines than I've seen over any of the commercial offerings.

The JT that I bought came with a SoFlo fastback. It doesn't keep the bed dry, as water leaks in.

The fastback isn't really my thing after years with Army HUMVEE's, but good for you and the O.P. on yours. I do like the screw it I'll make my own additute.
The topper on mine isn't for everyone too.

After 18 months, I finally found pictures of something similar. SoFlo Jeeps was putting a fastback top on some of their builds so I contacted them to try to purchase one and ship it to Arizona. The price never came into the discussion since I was just trying to find a way to get the top nobody else was selling. After several weeks of discussions, I was told that the only way they would sell it to me is if I brought my Jeep in for a $60K modification package. I was disappointed because I really didn’t want to fabricate this myself, but at the same time there were aspects of their top that I wasn’t thrilled about. I didn’t like how the side profile was a simple triangle with a point at the tailgate and a point at the back of the cab. I also didn’t like the roll down cover at the back because it didn’t seem like a professionally finished product. More recently, I came across the Gaia top which was similar to what I was looking for. I might have considered this if it had been available, but back then a custom build was my only option.

After having our Gladiator for 4 years, I finally got it where it fits my needs perfectly. We have been able to prove it’s off road capability. It has hauled anything a light duty truck can handle. The diesel engine pulls our 7000 lb toy hauler. And, I‘m finally happy with the appearance.

Nice looking rig and great job on the cap. Please tell me that you DON"T live in a neighborhood that has waterfront property with a private ski club and slalom course.

Ive found a slant back on marketplace and will start installing soon. I verified with SoFlo and this is not on of theirs. So I dont know what brand it is. But would like some help and tips on what kind of camera and roll cover I should get.

I created a shroud to cover the camera on mine and incorporated that into a 3rd break light as well so it doesn’t stand out for only covering the camera. The camera system I chose is the Haloview. It draws 12V power that I wired from the truck and connects wirelessly to a display that mounts over top of the stock rear view mirror. I’ve been very happy with it. As an aside, I also sometime tow a toy hauler trailer. In 5 minutes, I can transfer the camera from the truck bed top to the trailer so I can see the rear view from there as well.

For those comparing this to the cybertruck, I submit 3 photos. Does the Jeep fastback look more like Elon’s creation or the staple of military ops? For those who say it is impractical, I am able to mount all that crap inside the top that you guys think needs to be mounted on the outside of your racks and tops. Sorry it’s not there on display, but some of us don’t need to prove our capability just to make it to the mall parking lot.
