Well, if Huntsville is anything like Augusta, then $494K would get you a mansion. It's crazy how much of a factor location makes to determine price over the actual build of a home.

Found a great 4br 4000 sq ft on 4 acres for $415k. Just enough country for silence and privacy, but still only about 20 minutes from work. Closest neighbor is still over a 1/4 mile away.

OMG, I think Florida is punishing me for leaving! Last couple weeks have just been frigid and miserable! 2+ inches of snow after I get off work, then it sleets and now rains on top of it! Wifey keeps taunting me with mid 80’s temp screenshots of weather back in FL...
