My Jeep dealership would get their windshield replacement guy come to the dealership premises and replace glass. I like this option better.

So I just dropped off my 20’ JTR for a rear window replacement due to leaking and plastic with micro cracks apparently. Got it. Easy enough, but when talking to the Jeep dealer service department they have never seen a “factory headliner” installed. That’s concern 1. Concern 2 is the fact they are now going to drive the Jeep to a third party to get window replaced. Concern 3 is if the dealer has never had one with a headliner installed how can I believe that the 3rd party won’t mess it up trying to replace it. I took a walk around video and tons of pictures inside and out with a date and time stamp just in case, but I’m actually worried. Oh and apparently I don’t qualify for a loaner so now have to get shuttled to work (only within 10 miles) and find my own way back. Not a happy camper this morning. I don’t drink Coffee so a caffeine fix is needed! Tell me it’s going to be ok!?!
Just spent 4 hours for a battery replacement, the dealer coffee not too bad.
