I was one of the ones with the wandering steering/ dead spot told twice at the dealer it was "normal."
I just got the Jeep back from the recent TSB (steering gear replacement),
Holy smokes... complete night and day difference.
Zero dead spot, tracks exactly where the wheel is.
This is what I paid $50k for and I finally have it.
For those of you who even vaguely think your steering isn't up to 2020 snuff, push them to do this fix!
