Dealer will be replacing the entire back window to stop the leak. Window ordered with no mention of availability at this time.

After two days of the Jeep at the dealership, the rear window has been replaced. Dealership had initially told me the cause was a cracked window frame. However, today they told me it was a cracked/separated seal. Since the seal is affixed to the frame, it's easier to replace the whole window.

I have to say, FCA/dealership has really been stepping up addressing the few issues I've had. As someone who has owned Jeeps from AMC, through Chrysler, through Daimler/Chrysler, through FCA, the responsiveness and service has been better than ever before. Keep up the good work Jeep!

That's great to hear @robinja! Mine is still at the dealer because I was getting the back window fixed, and the steering TSB taken care of too. The window is done, but since they are waiting for parts for the steering TSB I haven't had a chance to find out what they did for the back window yet.

Hopefully like they did for you, they replaced the entire window/seal so I don't have any future issues.

Any issues with leaking since the fix?

I am having the sloshing too. Was there a recall for this issue? I am trying to figure out what to tell the dealership if they have no clue what I am talking about.
