The factory suspension on this thing is dialed for the desert. Soaks up bumps and ruts at speed. Perfectly balanced to power slide it at 60mph around corners. Even when we got into some rocky trails I was impressed. It's definitely long and low when you're used to wheeling a lifted wrangler. Drug the hitch a couple times and put a nice scrape in the bottom of the rock rail. Fortunately my 37s showed up while we were gone camping so it should be much less of an issue next time. The reward mine was a unique experience, driving a full sized rig a half mile into the earth through solid rock.

I waited 1 year before doing any mods - Just added Rock Hard Steel Rear bumper (love how it adds bedside protection that we're missing on Mojaves) and Aluminum front bumper with lowered winch plate.

Having a built JLUR on 39s, the theory was the 2023 Mojave would stay stock. Added a light bar in the hood scoop day 8 of ownership. 3 weeks in I just ordered the AEV 2" mojave kit. I guess I'm just not a stock Jeep/truck guy.

Cheap and easy. Wired to aux 4. Mounted with 2x 25lb magnets until I was happy with the exact location and then epoxied in place. 8k+ miles so far without issue.

What bumper is this and did you have to adjust the Mojave skid plate for installation? I've been looking for a nice stubby without getting too crazy on modifying the skid plate but then....wait for it...I need to be able to install a Blue Ox tow plate to toss behind an RV.

Rock-hard 4x4 stubby. Dirt cheap on extremeterrain.com..$400 if I remember correctly. No mod to the skid plate at all (aside from painting it black because I think the silver is ugly).

Box canyon in Florence, AZ was awesome today. The mojave is decent in the rocks and amazing at speed in the desert.

No added mods yet, busy summer with the wife recovering from surgery. Lots purchased though. Metalcloak sway bar disconnects going up front along with evo control arm drop brackets. Rock krawler triangulated 4 link kit going on the rear along with the teraflex long travel kit for extending brake lines, abs sensors, and breather tube. Won't be able to use the full travel potential until I'm ready to spring for fox 2.5 DSCs but the ride quality improvement will be worth it in the mean time and everything will be ready for long travel whenever that day comes.

Finally got the triangulated 4 link installed on the rear and added evo geometry correction brackets up front. Time for the 1st test drive, but it should handle bumps better than it did stock now.
