Your build looks great! Video in Moab shows the capability of your Jeep.

I'm heading in the same direction with my JTR.
Good to know that 37s are good for the 4.10 gears with 37s. I was wondering if I need to regear, but mine is not a DD.

Did you notice any dis/advantage off-road as well?

I'm going to install the 3.5 Overland COR kit in the next week or so....
What did you use for directions?
The COR install instructions are a bit vague...
I'm browsing videos and such at this point. Lots of boxes in the garage "staring" at me.

Do the Nitto 37s fit in the stock spare location?

Thanks! I'm lucky to have it.

I would say the 5.13s give a little more oomph than the 4.10s w/ 37s off-road, but really it's not all that noticeable of a difference. Any improvement is more noticeable at speed than slow on the rocks. The 4:1 low range that your Rubicon's transfer case has will make a bigger difference in feel than my eventual regear did. Is it better with the regear? Yes. Do you have to do it? No.

Install directions - This video by JK Gears and Gadgets is a great guide for installing control arms, which was the "hardest" part of the lift to do in my opinion the first time. Here's COR's install video, which is more of an overview but there are some shots that are helpful. Most importantly though if you go to Clayton's individual product pages (rather than the kit page), there are detailed instructions for each part in the kit under the instructions tab. Example: https://www.claytonoffroad.com/product/jeep-gladiator-overland-short-control-arm-kit-2020-jt Also, any Wrangler JL install video for the front suspension is virtually the same as the JT, so that opens up the content a bit on YouTube.

Yes, a Nitto 37" fits in the spare location. I just measured 38.25" between the Clayton rear track bar and the front of the hitch, which is plenty for any true 37" tire.

Thanks! Bookmarked!
Great to know about the stock location! I don't want to take up bed space.
All 5 feet used on my recent trip to Lake Havasu.

Now shopping for a refrigerator cooler before my next trip, but that won't be until after the lift.

Hey nice ride installed the same Clayton lift but I ended up selling the fox shocks really did not like them with the new lift and with the money from the sell bought teraflex 3.3 adjustable and love them. Also got the teraflex adjustable stabilizer which is great especially with my 40’s. I drive the freeway at 80 all the time and hit pot holes no wobble and surprisingly 410’s push the 40’s no problem but will be regearing and getting a elocker same time Hopefully soon. I get compliments on the ride all the time people are surprised how good the ride is.

Sorry to hijack- what Fox shocks did you have? I just finished the install of the COR 3.5 Overland with the Fox 2.5 DSC’s and still trying to adjust them to ride close to the JTM Fox bypasses. They are bumpy on the roads.

I had the stock fox 2.5’s with reservoir. And with the teraflex 3.3’s I have them at 2.4-2.8 on highway.

Looks awesome. Love those wheels with the white truck! I also have a Fox ATS adjustable stabilizer.

It might not be the shocks - the 2.5 DSC's are great shocks and are known for not being too firm. The COR 3.5 lift is tall enough (at 4-4.5" actual front lift over stock) that it creates a steep front control arm angle, which is likely where the bumpy ride comes from. The first couple minutes of this video explains how the energy is transferred into the frame when the control arm angle is steep.

Thank you. I’ll check it out. After reading you switched your coils, I have something more to think about. Love your build!

Thank you! Yours looks awesome too. I actually have some drop brackets for Christmas - I still have the stock JTM Fox shocks and it feels bumpy, but I feel pretty confident the drop brackets will help me too. I'll of course post back after I get them installed.

I did, and I think I forgot to post about it. I have an Adams 1350 front driveshaft. Stock rear.
