no, i mean to say that a bare radiator would most likely work better at lower speedsa grill guard protects the radiator but also has to allow air through, your saying a bare radiator wouldn't catch air to cool it down? that logic does not make any sense at low speed or high and before you start I have a mechanical engineering degree
at higher speeds, having a grill that ducts air through the radiator may be better for cooling
