Hey All,

I'm experiencing an intermittent rattle coming from the passenger front which seems to be coming from the glovebox (or lower), possibly even from under passenger seat.

I did have the glovebox off to run the ProCal OBD jumper but other than that everything is from the factory. (I've triple checked all trim clips are properly seated).

Noise is worst over semi rough roads but it's not like big bumps or potholes make it worse.

I did a search and didn't see anything similar and was hoping to see if the group had any thoughts.

Good point! I will replicate and post the audio at a minimum.

Mine sounds right behind the glovebox, louder with it off. Only happens on cold (sub 40 degree F) morning for about 5 minutes and only under low RPM engine load

Hey All,

I managed to get a recording. Between the Michigan roads and snow\ice on the tonneau cover the audio isn't as clear as a liked but it at least demonstrates the noise pattern.

As I listen harder I'm not so certain it may not be two separate noises, e.g. one near the glovebox and one under passenger seat.

Whenever I hit the wipers it sounds like their relay is under the passenger seat, so I'm guessing their is a wiring block under there as well, but I've checked with a flashlight and don't see anything that is rubbing or loose.

Thanks!

I am experiencing this exact same thing. Rattle near glovebox or passenger side kick panel. Only occurs on cold starts and last for the first 5 minutes or so under low RPM load. Once the vehicle has reached operating temperature, it goes away completely. Have you found the cause on yours?
