Dropped mine off Friday, still have ESS light lit(been on for 8 weeks now)....first dealer said it was a faulty driver door switch, they replaced it, nope, that's not it. Now in at another dealership and they said they have to order parts. We'll see what this dealer ends up stating is the problem. The good news is that the Check Engine light I had on for a month is not lit anymore! Woo Hoo for that.

I already have a case open regarding the issue. The vehicle stopped working Thursday night and was only towed into the shop this morning. I have been without the car for 4 days already. This is not ok!

I just bought my Jeep last week and the check engine light came on. And I checked the code and it is the P0300. Has anyone had this fixed? If so do you know the fix?
Same here, JTR A! light came on and went away on 7th day, 8th days 200 miles Check engine light came on P0300 multiple cylinder missfire and stayed one, all of the dash light flashed at stop sign the other day as if it was about to die. Remote start quit working today.
Total lemon
Taking to dealership tomorrow
This is really piece of crap that they built, if you can't build a engine that lasts a week, then why are you even in car business FCA?

I have a chevy with 70k miles and 0 problem, i should have bought a chevy instead of putting 50k for this piece of junk, even though i like the truck, interior exterior but the engine is piece of junk.
Going through the forum, looks like they don't know how to fix it.
Not sure how long its gonna run with CEL already on with 200 miles, i can't trust this truck.
Really disappointed in my first Jeep. Not sure if i even want to keep it.

I’m dealing with the same issue as everyone else. 3rd visit, 800 miles, service ESS warning and check engine light for misfires. The dealer told me to not park my Rubicon on inclines or let it get below 1/4 tank and that will fix it. Lol. Guess it’s time to read up on Texas lemon laws

I’m dealing with the same issue as everyone else (ESS/CEL). 3rd visit today with 630 miles. Dealer has now had the vehicle for 12 of the 30 days I've actually owned the truck. Dealer cannot replicate the last ESS light, but I have snapshots on the phone. Case with Jeeps been open since shortly after I purchased the truck. We'll see how this plays out. I'm hopeful between FCA & Dealer they make this right. I've been keeping a detailed logged.

Hi guys

This is my first post on the forum as I’m a new jt owner. Got my new 2020 overland Saturday with 36 miles on it and dropped it off at dealer this morning Tuesday with 50 miles on it. Yep that right I got to drive it a whole 14 miles!!!!!! Same code as everyone els on this thread p0300.
Has anyone resolved this yet? I’m very uneasy about my dealers quality as they acted like scorned teenagers trying to hang me out to dry when I asked for a loaner. Starting to think trading in my 2018 ram 2500 was the worst idea I’ve ever had. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!

Same here, at the service center in Marietta , GA. Their lame excuse is Bad gas from Costco and it's gonna cost me $450 to flush it.

I’d tell em to suck a D! Prove that it was bad gas they can do a sample. There are others in this thread that have had to pay for ā€œflushā€ bad gas then had to go back Again because that wasn’t the problem

Received my second occurrence of the P0300 code today. Scheduled service appointment for tomorrow.

Exact series of events as everyone else. Auto Start / Stop light, then the P0300 fault code the next day. It's been several hundred miles since the first instance. I cleared the original code thinking it was a loose gas cap.
