I'm 6'2" and notice that with my winter boots I have less room for my knees then if the summertime. My left knee rests against the door and my right leg against the tray attached to the transfer case shifter. But I am able to bring my knees together under the steering wheel.

6ā€™10ā€ in a new Mojaveā€¦and it does seem to be a little smaller than my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited. But as most of you know, us tall folks are used to things not fitting us, so itā€™s not too bad. Headroom is actually fine, but could use a touch more legroom. Thinking about doing one of the extension kitsā€¦weā€™ll see.

6ā€™4ā€ here. Wouldnā€™t mind a little more distance from the pedals but totally comfy in this thing.

I'm 6'7" and installed this. Love it.
ExtendmySeat.com
So I ended up trying the Desert Does It Fixed Seat Jackers and although they did give me the extra leg/knee room that I wanted, they also raised me enough that Iā€™m about eye level with the headliner.

Thinking about biting the bullet and trying the Extend My Seat brackets. Do you still like them @Choatecav? Does look like those raise the seating position, correct? Just want to make sure as $350 is a chunk of change for those brackets!

Good morning.
Yes, I am very pleased with my Extend my seat rig. I have plenty of leg room and could have way more, but it is not needed. It adds about six inches.
Now, I do want to tell you that it does not lower the seat any. Everyone is built differently and some folks have most of their height in their legs and some have most in their torso. I am the former and as such I am able to find a good position where I get the leg room needed and can find a setting so that my head does not touch the bar in the roof.
Adjustments in the angle of recline of the seat can help you customize your setting, but I don't know how you like your seat.
I hope some of this was helpful to you as I do agree that the cost is not cheap but at least you are not having to cut and permanently change the interior of the Jeep. It is reversable.
Good luck.

Some of those brackets raise up the seat too much, thereā€™s a thread over in the diy section to modify the seat itself to give some more legroom without raising it
