Is it possible for for ac vent to rattle with rpm’s

I feel like I’m going crazy, I’ve been chasing this fluttering noise for weeks. Well today I noticed with my ac off I didn’t hear the noise. Ac on and I hear the noise. If I turn the ac mode to feet only it doesn’t do it either. With ac on and accelerating I hear a fluttering noise, like fan noise. Is it possible that accelerating could effect ac vents

Would there be anything that could break that would allow air to push through

No clue.

Stethoscope can be used to help isolate the sound.

Sounds like something in AC blower motor, google replacement and shows how to take it out and you can check, or could have even gone bad, sound would be more pronounced under passenger dash

I don’t suppose this is a gritty rattling type sound that happens around 3,000 RPM? If so I’ve been chasing the same thing for months and it’s intermittent. I haven’t tried playing with AC settings but I will now!
