Oh I'm keeping the wheels. I like em. Just going to sell the tires. With something like stock wheels and tires it can be all over the map. I would say you have a better chance of selling those for a fair market ptice than a set of the base sport or sport s wheels with 245/75/17 junk bridgestones (trying to sell mine now and its almsot at the point where I would be better just tossing in the shed as spares...zero interest). To be honest I would guesstimate you would be doing good to sell the wheels with tires with TPMS still installed for what the tires alone would cost. It all comes down to the right buyer at the right time. Just as a loose comparison I bought a set of 5 basically brand new (100 miles on them) JL Rubicon takeoff wheels withTPMS still installed for $1250. I would have loved to pay $1,000 or less but I thought it was fair as 5 of those tires alone would have been $1250. So I got a mounted and balanced set of new wheels and tires with tpms for what the tires alone would have cost.
My dealership gave me $1000 credit for brand new wheels and tires...Just wondering if there is much of a market for the stock Willys tires. BF Goodrich KM2 in 255/75-17. If so what is a fair asking price. I see many people have trouble selling stock tires. But most of what I see is Rubicon and Sport tires.
