Another thing - I was a little worried about wind - so I took my Sunrider off prior to departing - glad I did holy smokes....

1st time my freedom panels have been on in quite awhile.

Video is just me driving on 13 Mile Loop trail near Overton, NV. One hand on wheel one with GoPro out the window so nothing crazy but these Nevada desert wildflowers blow away ANYTHING I have ever seen in my local desert here - Anza Borrego. Easy to get stuck here, but we have Gladiators so that didn't happen. Other video is just a walkthrough of the 2 spots I reserved.
Call me crazy, I live within ear shoot of this place, ain’t ever been.

I am like that in San Diego. Born here in 1975. Tourists have seen more than I have!

I love Nevada btw. Thanks for having us.. Nevada, Arizona, Utah, somewhat Colorado - that's where I belong. My youngest is 10. When she grows up - we are moving to one of those States. We will move there as lovers of those States, not Californians wanting to change things.

I had both spots in these pics.... 19 and 20 of Arch Rock campground in Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada. Had some challenges with wind..... 50+ MPH gusts, but I have these 2 Kodiak Flex-Bow tents for my wife and I and the kids and those tents took it no sweat. Place was UNREAL. The pic with my truck backed into my driveway is post trip - success thanks to you guys. No fancy overlander perfect setup - I use the "cram it in" setup. You'll notice I take an entire set of impact sockets with me. :)

I have tons of pics of the park as well. I can post those later. My wife took tons of pics on her "pro" setup of the sites of the park. These are just my idiot mobile pics of my campsite.

Again - I FREAKED OUT when I found that loose pitman arm. No time for Jeep " Warranty " - my truck has 15k miles and under 3 years old but yeah - probably a 4 week wait for a "diagnosis". I had to depart for this in less than a day. Without you guys especially @azmojave and @bleda2002 chiming in so fast... literally 4 freaking minutes, I would have called it and missed this experience.

You’ll be welcomed by me… Vegas ain’t what it used to be, it’s becoming a big city, but is still a small town. Summers are unbearable but with the cheap cost of living, proximity to all the places you mentioned plus some, a major airport and everything at your finger tips 24/7, it had its perks. However now we are getting as expensive as most larger metro areas, not quite San Diego prices but damn near close it feels like and suburbs are on the horizon, I grew up not knowing what that meant. As a native being born and raised here, when we start popping out childrens, we want to do it elsewhere as school district blows (yes 1 school district) - many of the other places you listed are on our list including northern Nevada.

lmao, new Sunex 42mm impact comes in, MOPAR pitman nut comes in. Socket doesn't fit. No way, no how. WAY too small, even if I smashed it with a hammer onto the nut ( not going to ). Does NOTHING get made to spec anymore? Funnily enough, my 1 11/16 ( 43mm ) fits the new nut fine, just a slight wobble.
