Issues with Truck Hero Rebate

Does anyone else have issues with Truck Hero rebates? I did the N-Fab rails that came with a free set of liners. I found out a set of lines is just the front, not the back but whatever it's better than my cloth and it could be nice to have them. I submitted and the claim was denied. I did a 2nd submission with a ton of pictures and invoices and it was also denied. I have been calling and when I call it says due to high call volume to try again later and just hangs up.

Any idea what could be going on? Does Truck Hero have a rep that watches the forum who could maybe help me out?

Who did you order the product from, could they help? As far as I know Truck Hero has no reps here, but some of their wholly owned subsidiaries do (such as realtruck).

Never got my rebate on their rear bumper. Denied twice despite sending in more photos, upc codes, and receipts. so I did what they hope we all do: give up.

I recall from when I purchased a soft top for the wife’s JLU, there being something in the fine print of the rebate about “authorized dealer.”
It’s possible where you purchased from doesn’t fit that bill. Not saying that’s the case but something to look into

Did you try reaching out to the credit card company?

Some places put very specific requirements and time limits on rebates to make them difficult to redeem. I don't buy anything with a rebate incentive without reading the complete claim form first.

I ordered directly from N Fab and it had the link to the form. I reviewed it and it felt pretty basic. I submitted for the 3rd time with more stuff.

I am also frustrated that they just keep hanging up when I call. They don't let you stay on hold and just dump you. I also think a free set of liners means front and back. I haven't heard someone say it takes 2 sets of liners for a truck bc of the front/back.

I was already planning on the N Fab but I went with the higher end one bc it wasn't really more bc I needed liners also... so it's not the end of the world.
