So, I finally maybe have a need for Jeep Cares myself, BUT what is it exactly that they do or help with? Have you all had good results when they got involved? What is it that they specifically do for us?

In fairness, involving JeepCares can have some benefits.

They can help you open up a case with FCA regarding an ongoing issue. Also, involving JeepCares puts the dealer on notice, which may or may not have an influence on the dealer trying to resolve the issue.

So, I finally maybe have a need for Jeep Cares myself, BUT what is it exactly that they do or help with? Have you all had good results when they got involved? What is it that they specifically do for us?

They helped me get the Steering TSB done when the parts had ordering restrictions. I gave them a list of the part numbers needed, and they found them and had them shipped to the dealer with my name on them.

They are there to try and help if any issues arise once you start the process with the dealer.
