Those online build your own are typically not what it's actually going to cost through the dealer.
Don't put much stock in them. They are simply to use to give you an idea, get close.
When I was looking at 2022s a while back, the dealer pricing was always less than any of them - and that's MSRP.
People put too much into those as if they are the law, the actual figure you'll pay and as if they actually show all things accurately. Read the fine print, please.
Take your build to a dealer and get the REAL numbers.
Costco auto program is just a negotiated price between them and whatever participating dealer that is signed on to their program. It may or may not be below invoice nor will it be the best deal you could get if you are willing to shop around for dealers that will deal with steeper below invoice percentage pricing.
What Costco auto program does offer is a "CarMax" like experience as you will know upfront what the costs will be with way less of the dealership pitfalls of like adjusted market pricing and mandatory dealer add on.
Costco makes their money on the fees the dealerships pay them be in the program. In addition, the affiliated dealerships in that program will usually have one or two people in the dealership that will be your point of contact for the whole transaction and are vetted and trained by Costco to handle the transaction.
