We started the Dyno testing last week. Early stages for any adjustments, but just thought some people might want to see this...

Gotta love those P-star dyno sheets. The torque curve on these engines is as flat as a Kansas highway.

As some of you know Superchips has been playing around with the Gladiator. Most likely, adding three modes to the onboard computer (Economy mode, Power Mode, Towing Mode). I will post updates, etc to this thread for those that are interested. I apologize, I don't have much to pass on at this point but....

I'm always amazed at how flat the torque curve is on the Pentastar. No, it doesn't make a lot of peak torque, but what it does make comes on fast and stays flat forever. Great engine.

If they're getting 30ish horsepower out of a N/A engine with stock intake and stock exhaust, that worries me a little. They must really be cranking the timing up. Lots of fuel and spark advance. That's a really big gain. I hang out around dyno shop quite a bit and I've seen a lot of engines on the rollers, and it's hard to get 30 out of a N/A engine safely. I will let y'all run this tuner for 50,000 miles and be the test mules. :)
