According to info on EVO's page it is just the mount, no tank or anything else included. You would have to to figure out all the connections.

Yes, that I am aware of. The mount is for a Jeepspeed tank, but I was more wondering if it was possible to make the connection under the bed, or is there not enough room.

A few shops have ran a hose to the stock filler Location.

Izzyfab makes this filler plate, my understanding is that it will fit the oem sending unit and hose can be routed to stock filler location.

This is the exact info I was hoping to find in here. Unfortunately Eddie's video didn't show alot, which might have been on purpose I guess.
