What would you recommend for mods for my jt? Getting a zone off-road 2” front level with fox 2.0 front shocks. I won’t be doing rock crawling or hauling; it’s a daily driver. Also have the fc cai and pedal monster. We go to the beach and camping.

Dead pedal & phone holder would be some of their first mods I would do considering your planned use.
I just installed EZ 4x4 flip top today so I don't have to store freedom panels when going topless. I tried the Sunrider but too noisy for me. Per install need to wait 24 hrs to test so adhesive completes bond.

Maybe an air compressor so you can air down on the sand.

The list is endless but that's where I would start. Enjoy!

Phone mount for sure. I like the compressor idea especially if you beach cruising
Couldn't tell in your pics if you have a tonneau cover or not? I know you only said you did a 2" kit but did you measure your front axle side to side to make sure you don't need a adjustable track bar?

Simple easy mod is adding the passenger side rear tow hook. About $60 bucks and maybe 35 to 40 mins of your time. No drilling needed.

Maybe some interior grab handles? Bartech makes some nice ones.

I'm big on interior protection (yes, probably in the minority) but a good set of slush matts or seat covers will keep the interior clean for whenever you goto to re-sell it. Interior storage like the grab rail tray that slips into it for the passengers to put phone, keys, wallet, etc. I also replaced the mesh door pocket storage nets with metal ones that have cup holders.

As Defsailor said, the mods are limitless.

Good luck with your build

These are all great - never even heard of the flip top. Thank you!

I do have an on top trifold. Never seen anything about potentially needing a track bar? What is this? Thank you!

So when you lift a jeep, the front axle shifts to the drivers side due to the suspension design (track bar being mounted to axle and frame). You then need an adjustable track bar to move it back to the passenger side.

Put a straight edge or piece of wood from the outside of the tire from the ground up, and then measure the distance between your fender flare and the straight edge to see if your axle shifted. A 2" kit will most likely move it 1/2" to the drivers side.

Okay thanks for the details! I get it installed Monday so I’ll talk to them about it too. Easy diy without a jack if necessary? I’ve installed a cai replaced some lights (halogen), have a tazer and a pedal monster. Plan to do a steering stabilizer, I am decently good with small projects but anything needing a jack I get a little worried about doing myself.

How come?
I’ve read a better aftermarket is suggested when lifting the front and/or sizing up tires. I’m only getting a 2”front level and have the bfg ko3 285/70/17. Think it’s necesssary?

Track bar install should be done on the ground with the weight of the jeep on the tires. So no jack required.
