How do you like the Toyo R/T tires?
So far, after limited miles on road and none off - I like them a lot. I wanted a good tire for both on and off road use and it had to be quiet which is why I didn't go with a Mud Tire. I've had M/T's and they're great off road and OK on but they're noisy as hell and I didn't want the tire whine associated with them.

They should provide long life and good service. I'm looking forward to testing them off road.

There are plenty of tire review websites with info - here's one:

The vehicle already rests level. I wonder if the Metalcloak springs will make much difference aside from the obvious gains from changing the rear Fox shocks.

Metalcloak multi-rate springs and way better shocks (front and rear) will make this Gladiator ride much better on and off road.

And it's not level - the rear is still higher :like:

I understand the part about the shocks - I just drove home from Las Vegas today and bounced a little throughout the day. But, if the rear is higher what outcome is in store with the Metalcloak coils in place of the OEM coil springs?
Higher?
Maintain current ride height?
Lower?

Should be same height and rake with the Metalcloak multi-rate Springs and ADS shocks.

Metalcloak says they'll be shipping their Gladiator Multi-rate (dual rate?) springs by end of January. Of 2020

They look good. I've been leaning toward them myself. What is the back spacing on yours? They don't seem to poke out to much.
17" x 9" Fuel Zephyr wheels with cosmetic (black) beauty ring (non beadlock wheel) - 4.5" backspacing (-12mm)

You used the taser for gear ratio adjust? I rehearsed to 4.88 but need a tuner to adjust

Radar detector installation

I used a Clutch-It - great product at a great price! I mounted the adhesive disk to the back of the rearview mirror on the passenger side and this unit magnetically attaches to the disk. I put another disk on the top of my Valentine 1 radar detector and that was it! Works great!

I used these to tap the red/striped power/positive wire and the black/negative wire inside the Adaptive Cruise Control housing behind the rearview mirror.

And I used this RJ11 cord to connect the Valentine 1 radar detector to the Valentine One wire tap I already had.

This would be a good option too:

Special thanks to RSK for showing the very easy way to access the Adaptive Cruise Control wires in the panel above/in-front of the rearview mirror. Super simple!
